I have over 15 years of experience in public accounting in various industries. My expertise includes valuation, forensic, litigation support; as well as tax representation, compliance, planning, and controversy. I have prepared reports on Ponzi-related schemes, the feasibility of proposed chapter 11 plans, and on preferential payments for use in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. I have also consulted on professional negligence and provided damage calculations. I have over 10 years of prior consulting, expert witness and testimony experience.

Additionally, I have prepared and reported upon business values, reviewed and critiqued reports of colleagues for possible errors in application, theory or compliance with professional standards; assisted in quantifying allegations of embezzlement and theft in connection with estate, partnership, corporate and shareholder dissolution matters. Quantify and opine upon additional financial collateral damages. I have done data mining and database developed for statistical and probability analysis for use in population testing and conclusions of opinion.

I’ve prepared several thousand S-Corporate tax returns over my career. I’ve lectured at various universities at both the graduate and undergraduate and even LLM courses. I’ve represented many taxpayers in IRS proceedings and matters pertaining to S-Corporate matters.
