Expertise Description

I have over 45 years experience as an architect and mechanical engineer. My expertise includes: accident investigation and reconstruction; wreckage analysis; structural reconstruction; design defect analysis; power plant and vehicle maintenance reviews; systems analysis and redundant system integration and analysis; failure analysis of materials and structures; stress analysis of structures and mechanical components of systems; stress corrosion cracking including the analysis of the interrelationship of stress and corrosive environments to component failure; slip and fall involving architectural issues and slippery surfaces, stairway design; and general product liability. I also have experience with hunting and guns with a focus on african hunting, big game hunting, and double rifles. I have 20 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.
