Expertise DescriptionI have over 30 years experience in the design, implementation, and management of the development of a large variety of software applications, ranging from shrink-wrapped products for sale to customers, to tools used to create data or services sold to customers, to purely DARPA-funded research projects where the products were new algorithms and approaches to solve difficult problems. I have a broad range of high technological experience including bioinformatics, electronic design automation, digital cartography, banking systems for foreign exchange traders at large central banks, operating system conformance test suites, and prototyping new architectures for all optical networks in support of data intensive grid computing. My expertise includes XWindows, Motif, GUI’s (graphical user interfaces), graphics, algorithms, and relational databases in both Unix and Microsoft platforms. I have prior expert witness experience.
