Expertise DescriptionWith over 30 years experience in the civil/structural engineering field, my expertise has been focused on design and construction failures, restoration and renovation of older structures, foundation issues, design deficiencies, basement wall and slab cracking, wall cladding attachment failure (including glazing), beam and slab failure or adverse deflection, and mechanical equipment and piping investigations. I have additional expertise with the design and failure of equipment, including industrial lifting devises, tractor removal, bridge cranes, booms and telescopic cranes. I have also offered my services as a structural engineering expert witness for more than 15 years by providing consultations, as well as deposition and courtroom testimony.
