Expertise DescriptionI have more than 45 years of experience in the field of Psychology with expertise as a Supervising Psychologist. I have experience with vocational wage loss consultation and psychological testimony for defense, plaintiff and spousal support exams, as well as the examination of defendants regarding competency, NGRI, PTSD, personality disturbance, intellectual capacity, and traumatic brain injury. I am a forensic consultant on matters related to complex civil litigation, labor law issues, criminal defense, professional malpractice, and work place injury and loss of life. I have over 20 years of expert witness experience with consultation, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

In regards to the issue of oppositional defiance disorder I have over forty years of experience as a clinician. I also have forty years of experience providing family therapy. I have completed a supervised program in family therapy addressing children with personality disorders. Further, having over thirty years as a forensic psychologist, I have had to testify about psychological issues. Some of these opinions have had to rely on documents and or interviews with others as the identified person being evaluated was either unavailable, or deceased.
