I am an attorney whose practice is primarily focused on communications technology law. I have negotiated a broad array of agreements between providers and both corporate and government end users, with emphasis on mobility, wireless and municipal and other broadband deployment. I also provide a wide range of telecommunications consulting and legal services, primarily geared to support corporate end-users’ work with telecommunications carriers and equipment providers. I also frequently work with innovative service and equipment providers. My practice is a certified New York Woman-Owned Business. I am also similarly certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (SDO) and by the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California.
