My experience involves intellectual property litigation, claim substantiation, design of studies, management of research projects, packaging development, marketplace disputes, patent infringement matters, advertising claim substantiation, and branding. I am highly familiar with marketplace conditions, organizational behavior, statistical inference, social network analysis, applied data analysis, analysis of covariance structures, and industrial procurement. I have over 5 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

I’ve provided surveys and expert testimony in a variety of venues for matters involving advertising, trademarks, and consumer attitudes and behaviors. I hold an MBA and Doctor of Business Administration degrees from an Ivy League college, where I was a Dean’s Doctoral Fellow and was within the top five percent of my class. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from a prominent university.
