My expertise includes advertising effectiveness measurement; brand management and naming; consumer behavior survey research; dilution; genericness; likelihood of confusion analysis; marketing and business strategy development; market research technology development; misleading advertising; secondary meaning; trade dress; and trademark infringement analysis. I have experience teaching at the university level for over 25 years and I have spent more than 15 years offering deposition, consultations, and courtroom testimony as a trademark infringement expert witness.
