I have 45 years experience as a physicist, civil/structural engineer, and professional land surveyor with accident reconstruction involving train derailments, track/switch operation, maintenance-of-way issues, and collisions, as well as design, construction, maintenance, and inspection of mainline, industrial, and short-line railroads and railroad-related infrastructure. I have prior expert witness experience.
