Expertise DescriptionI have more than 20 years experience in the field of Transit Civil Rights with expertise in training, federal compliance, safety consulting, and program and policy development. I have additional experience in American With Disabilities Act (ADA) analysis, compliance reviews and policy development, environmental justice, as well as paratransit compliance, buses, bus stop accessibility and amenities, and accessibility guidelines for transit vehicles. I have knowledge in Transit equity analyses on proposed service and fare changes, development of FTA required Title VI update plans, development of DOT required Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plans, and development of public participation plans for minority, developmentally disabled, and low-income populations.
