My experience includes taxicabs, non-emergency medical transportation, hospital / medical transportation, CORF transportation, JCAHO compliance, and CARF compliance, charter services, and veterans transportation. I have experience in federal grant writing and FTA 5310 grant vehicle operations. I have more than 30 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

Knowledgeable of anything and everything in the transit industry; 11 cases in 2011 – 2 rapes, 5 passenger injuries, 2 regulatory, 1 financial dispute, 1 discrimination; Driver training, driver behavior; Independent contractor status; Company obligation to passengers; Local and State regulatory issues.
My consulting services includes hundreds of projects involving taxicabs, limousines, buses, paratransit vehicles, non-emergency medical vehicles, airport shuttles, courtesy shuttles, etc; More than 180 industry speeches; More than 300 articles published.
For 28 years (1974-2002) I was an executive at a large transport company (more than 700 vehicles) that operated limousine services. Since 2002, I have consulted on more than 100 projects involving limousine services all across the country. Since 2008, I have worked as an expert witness on dozens of cases involving companies that supplied limousine services.
I have worked for more than 40 years in the field of public transit, and have experience operating transit systems for many cities and municipalities in Florida. I also operated private bus systems for large entities such as airports, hospitals, universities, and shopping centers. I have also consulted for clients that operate transit buses all across the United States. Almost all of this transit work involved setting up bus stop locations, training drivers on bus stop protocols, and even educating riders and other members of the public on bus stop policies and procedures. In addition, I have often worked as a consultant for one of the nation's most prominent transit consulting firm's- The KFH Group, that has done extensive bus stop work across the US.
