I am the President and Senior Risk Consultant for a risk management consulting firm. I have 21 years experience in workers’ compensation claims administration. The firm specializes in assisting clients with the administration of their workers’ compensation program by serving as the liaison between the client and the third party administrator, including identification and analysis of loss exposures; quantification of accident trends and historical loss data and daily interface with the third party claims administrators. I have experience conducting and developing customized training programs; assist in the development of risk control programs, and assists in the implementation of corrective action plans. I bring a unique insight to my clients based on my experience. Prior to beginning the consulting firm, I was the Workers’ Compensation/ Disability Claims Analyst for a state university. I hold Workers’ Compensation Claims Professional (WCCP), Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM), Worker Occupational Safety and Health Specialist (WOSHS) and the State of California Self-Insurance Administrator’s certificates.
